Policy

These are a few of the possible menu offerings that can be provided by our catering team. Our experienced staff would be pleased to provide additional menu selections tailored to your personal needs.

Additional charges may be incurred for linen and or wait staff service - please inquire when ordering. All meals are priced for disposable service. We welcome the opportunity to serve you and your guests! For additional help or information please contact one of our management team members listed on the left.

Orders may be subject to (but not limited to) a $10.00 management fee for; inputting orders into zipthru, declined credit cards, Room changes if order has already been set, Building changes with in 4 hrs of delivery.

Cancelation policy: Charged in full if canceled within 4 hours of catering event or after 2pm for next morning events.

Please make sure that there is appropriate and ample space for catering deliveries.  If no setup tables are available, the main conference tables will have to be utilized.  Ordering tables, chairs and extra trash containers are the responsibility of the customers and not Eurest Dining.  Please contact ServiceZone through the internal Boston Scientific site if any of these extra items are needed.

Boston Scientific Catering Policy

Order catering services only if there are eight or more attendees.

Keep the meal cost modest.

Purchase meals from BSC in-house catering services when available.

Don’t order breakfast for meetings that begin at 8 a.m. or later.

Follow guidelines for ordering coffee, snacks and lunch.
